Due to the nature of our products, all sales at Dragon Botanicals are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any orders once they have been placed and processed.

For the safety and wellbeing of all our customers, we are unable to resell or restock any product that has left our facility, regardless of whether it has been opened. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
