All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales at Dragon Botanicals are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any orders once they have been placed and processed.

Why We Have This Policy

Our products are botanical health and wellness items. For the safety and wellbeing of all our customers, we are unable to resell or restock any product that has left our facility, regardless of whether it has been opened. This policy is in place to maintain the highest standards of product integrity and customer safety.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We stand behind the quality of every order we ship. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@dragonbotanicals.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item and packaging

We will make it right at our discretion, which may include a replacement or store credit.

Order Cancellations
