7 Dragons Dit Da Jow is a traditional Chinese herbal liniment for muscle, joint, and bone recovery support. It follows a lineage of dit da jow formulas used for centuries in Chinese martial arts training halls, where a liniment was part of the routine after hard practice. Our version was developed in 1990 by Dr. Edgar Chase, an acupuncturist and herbalist, and is hand-bottled in small batches.

A blend of traditional botanicals in a grain alcohol base. It sprays on and dries on its own in about a minute.
